Since I have been playing RE Blade ever since Argussy times Tier 4 looks like a huge W for it. Sad to see that Surge gets stronger and stronger and they somehow want that all to be behind hardcore trimmed timing. RE being "easier" I was always for Surge doing more damage, they deserve it. But now they are more equal than ever (Surge still higher) but Surge looks incredibly stressful to play, so much so that it doesnt even look worth it...
he is the number 1 Blade so this dmg is reasonable, dont compare yourself to others, 99.999% of basketball players will never be a lebron james or curry.

How to make such a big mouse coursor?
You go into your Lost Ark Settings Menu, click on Accessibility and under Mouse Coursor Size you pick "Largest"

@@gaminguniverse4330 if mana doesnt increase past 55 then he should have the exact same amount of mana as you have
@@Urthearso He probably has Max MP Increase to simulate support mana regen. You don't get extra mana after level 55. (Yes, even after 60 with T4)
