Reminds me of life in Minnesota, thousands of busy ramps. Best viewing times: weekends in the busy season, 1 hr bef. sunset- People drunk, heat exhaustion, short fuses and bad tempers made for awesome spectating.

My pet peeve at landings were the people who waited until it was their turn to put the boat in before they started loading the boat with all their supplies and toys and unstrapping everything. God forbid they do it while in line
When we use to take my boat out of Newport Dunes in Newport Beach, CA we always stopped at the Back Bay Cafe overlooking the the launch ramp for a snack at sometime during the trip. Watching the ramp was a highlight of the trip. The best one was when got seated and noticed about a foot long stick poking out of the water about a 100' off the ramp. Then a tow truck backed up and the driver got out in a wet suit. He tanked up and dragged his tow cable out into the water. About a half hour later he came out and proceeded to haul a new Cadillac with a trailer and Hobby Cat attached. The car still had temporary plates from the dealer on it so a month or two old tops. Plus we say fist fights, screaming matched and collisions galore, both boats and tow vehicles. Always a fun time as long as you were not on the ramp.
Could you bring some kind of stand like a deer hunting stand from Bass Pro Shop that would allow you to film from a higher elevation? That might help with your shot blockers because their unintentional timing is superb.

" It's probably something simple or stupid... the difficult stuff was already gone through before over and over. " And of course he was right, that's why they paid him a lot!

About a third of our caps are incapable of steering their boat according to minimum standards over here in Germany. In Boynton though it looks as if it were almost all of them. Do caps have to take no practical exams?
Depends whether they're a captain or not. Usually those that operate a boat without a seaman's license are referred to as skippers, and there are few requirements for that. When I started boating there weren't any. Now if you're under a certain age and / or don't have a drivers license you need to take a boating safety course. I came from a boating family were we got practical experience and continued mentoring, so I always thought that taking a course and passing a test was just stupid. Anyone that never touched a boat could do that, but once done you were somehow deemed "captain of the sea" with no experience behind the wheel, it's all classroom.
Not even a couple minutes then I can already see the fact that these guys are the jet skis don't understand how they work you unstrap it you leave the front hook on once you get where the jet skis partially in the water the guy that's going to climb on a jet ski unhooks the jet ski from the trailers winch then climbs on the guy that drives the truck backs in enough for the jet ski to float off on its own and then drives out is that simple when you got more than one person LOL you end up seeing people like these that just want to keep fighting stuff instead of thinking and using their heads
Another reason why there should be a test to own a watercraft along with a proof of performance certificate to show you can back a trailer, launch and recover and operate without assistance. 90% of the featured clowns wouldn't pass.
This would be a perfect occasion for the 'Stupid Police' to come along and say NO . There's no way your going out on the water, confiscate the ski and tell them to go home
