I'm not really sure how. From my experience, if I'm shooting an enemy close to me, the damage indicator sometimes disappear. Maybe they will add an option to turn it off in the settings in the future.

Well you can get a lower budget tablet like a samsung tab a9 plus that i use and it runs max graphics with no lag or frame drops😁
