I’ve worked in therapy for YEARS over someone trying to murder me in middle school. I enjoy things like kpop and video games because it heals my inner child. I’m not sure if my prefrontal cortex will be hindered in growing due to trauma. It might take longer because of trauma. I truly believe that all assault victims deserve justice but being assaulted before your brain is fully developed is going to leave a bigger impact on your development.

Minor until 18, but 25 would still be a similar punishment to doing something like that to a minor since their prefrontal cortex isn’t fully developed (it can happen before or after but for most people it’s 24-25) trauma can cause literal damage to the brain and if someone’s brain isn’t done forming itself until around 25 it can hinder a persons maturity. I’ve worked in therapy for YEARS over someone trying to murder me in middle school. I enjoy things like kpop and video games because it heals my inner child. I’m not sure if my prefrontal cortex will be hindered in growing due to trauma. It might take longer because of trauma. I truly believe that all assault victims deserve justice but being assaulted before your brain is fully developed is going to leave a bigger impact on your development.
The more details that come out the more horrifying this is! That sicko needs to be in jail NOW, and Gaeun and the rest of the group need to be protected so nothing like this ever happens again!

poor girl, the way this happens so often in small companies is disgusting. Glad that her parents spoke out, otherwise he could've done the same and worse to other girls.
