This video showed how automatic smoke vent control systems work clearly. The system is the second fireman, which is protecting people everyday.
There are a couple of examples of incorrect installations here: smoke vent should not be "top hung" as these will not maximize smoke evacuation, there is also a poorly placed detector head too close to the wall and too close to the opening vent;
Yes, I would agree. However, we are maintaining an existing installed system. The client was informed.
