Friends, I keep looking for the fastest and relible way to play Awaken the Maelstrom. I love that Invasion and Spell. I really can't stop playing it. It's my favorite in MoM. I liked the combo Awaken the Maelstrom + Kami War. We can copy Kami War. This is insane. I also made one version more with Invasion of Alara. That version is Boros with Nahiri's Warcrafting and other spells. That deck looks promising, I hope it will work.
Man, that last game. Talk about a target-rich environment. And archangel with the double-barrel shotgun taking out invaders and invasions. So satisfying 👌
WOWZERS @Sonio - that Game 6 was a nailbiter - I was able to finally make a deck and didnt have to use any wildcards (was kind of nice) - Please keep up the GREAT decks and Thanks again for sharing them with us !!!!
How to recognize the net-decking Mono-Red Player: 1) Taps out every turn regardless of board state, 2) Plays cards simply because they do direct damage (Invasion of Regatha), then ignores said card (Invasion of Regatha) until they have no more options, 3) Tries to target an Artifact with Invasion of Regatha.
Yeah until you run into Elesh Norn. This deck has absolutely no way to deal with this card. Mono White Control makes this deck an instant lose. Stop clickbaiting

What is janky about this deck chief? Anything 5c is jank or what? Its obviously slow, but also cleanly built and powerful. Crying about clickbait = crying about the system - it won‘t help - just tamper your expectations:)

I wonder how viable copying the remove 5 counters would be as a combo to flip it.
Have you tried or considered Tandem Takedown which can even be revealed and cast off the front side?

I really want to craft & play Invasion of Alara too but what will happen to 5c cards when Tricolors lands of Capenna will rotate? :/
they are going to print new tri colour lands in the fall, like they did last rotation.
