Wow $18...and here I was complaining about $10 in the US for hair products 😮. I'm really cheap lol. I stopped using Shea moisture 3 years ago as well as other expensive products because I realized breaking the bank for hair and other stuff while in college is leaving me broke and unhappy. Thanks for this video it's nice to know I'm not alone
I only listen to what you say because all these other youtubers have so much money to waste on expensive products and time on finger detangling 😂😂 Its not even funny
I'm here in the states (U.S.). I am so glad you share comparisons between UK and US prices. I find it so interesting on why the prices are so different you would think they will be around the same if not similar price ranges. Your holygrail products are very similar to mine I love it. I enjoyed your video can't wait to see more videos. Your hair is gorgeous.
I'm with you 100% regarding the price of the shea moisture jbco deep conditioner. I really love it, but that price! I also can't stand the smell of the cantu curling cream, but it's nice too. Great holygrails!
I just found you a few days ago and I am running through your channel like crazy! Cooking and watching, on my way to school and watching, watching before bed, girl you are awesome. Love your personality on the cam!
Due to this video, I went out and purchased creme of nature argan oil conditioner today. Oh man, it smells so good and made my hair silky. There was so much slip, it was literally slippery. I dropped bottle and broke the cap because my hands were coated in it lol. CofN was $4. (ORS was $11 so I didn't try it yet)
I LOVE that conditioner!!! that's my favorite conditioner in life I forgot to mention that in my video lol. The smell is just too good to be true. I'm glad you liked it!
I absolutely love your channel amber! Your hair is so gorgeous, it always looks so fluffy. Keep up the great videos, I shaved my head like 8 months ago and I'm trying to grow a new head of healthy bouncing curls and your channel is really helping me. Thank you 💕
I love your videos and this is the best advice I've got from watching yt natural hair videos. I follow all the main stream natural hair gurus. Not all but most of are using all this products. I live in Taiwan and those products just not available here. I buy in bulk if go home to South Africa and bring that along with me. If I run out of products I buy local that best for my hair and thank you so much for keeping it real and simple.
Yeah maybe you could find some EU natural hair producer on etsy.com. I really want to try Jakeala's store next time. And goodhaircaregold .com because they have BOMB ingredients. It might be too much if the budget is under $10 but it's not as bad as like Jane Carter or Camille Rose.
Okay Amber; it's been ALOOONG time since I purchased a product a YT'er suggested but last night I did! Girl I bought & tried the Cream of Nature Detangling Conditioning formula shampoo and OMG!!!!😲 That stuff is "magic!" It began detangling my hair as soon as I applied it; in LOVE!🤗 Thanks for the suggestion!😘👍🏾
girl in my country there is no shea moisture product under $90. in fact most are over $100. i really want to try them but i'm not about to spend so much on it when cantu is like $45
lol no that's really how much it costs. The exchange rate has a little to do with it but even when you convert it back to US its still way more expensive than it should be.
bri 95z I just saw this, I'm from Barbados and I thought hair products here were expensive. Shea moisture is between $30-$40 and cantu is $13-$20 sometimes higher depending on the store.
I use whole blends shampoo and cantu to condition my hair then once I get out of the shower I use cantu leave In product then I'll use some type of oil to hold everything in
I learned that less is more but it was too late. I had so many products that I had to give almost everything away lol. Finally my hair is growing with the LOC regimen. Thanks for the video!!#hairgoals
Oh finally a natural hair girl that does live in Eu :P ... so tell me where do you buy your leave in conditioner? I live in France and till now I never found (in the supermarket) a leave in conditionner and sometimes I use my conditioner (a small amount) and I follow with a cream ... I know it's not the best for my hair but I'm new to the natural hair and still experimenting (by the way if you have other tips from when your hair was short, I actually like my short hair now and I don't plan for the moment to grow it) ... Bisous
+Qods LEFNATSA I live in Brussels in belgium and here we can buy all the hair products for natural hair in african hair shops. In the supermarkets you won't find anything for sure. So always go to an african neighbourhood
I love Garnier, Cantu, Motions, and Suave hair products for my hair. I do not spend a lot of money on hair products anymore! It is a waste of money for me! In the States we have a bigger bottle option for the Garnier shampoos and conditioners! 😉
If you think that these products are expensive in Belgium, come to South Africa. I agree these high prices are ridiculous, ridiculously high. I make most of my deep conditioners.
In Trinidad Shea Moisture sell for over $85tt and that's the cheapest. Cantu is like $45-50tt. In fact, to get any decent product like let's say ORS or Crème of Nature are $35 & up. I tend to stick around $35
Super leuk dat je uit België komt. Ik kom uit Brazilië, maar ik woon in Nederland. Ik vind jouw video's leerzaam. Ik probeer mijn haar naturel te laten, maar het is heel moeilijk 😊
Yeah i just bought the whole blends from garnier coconut oil and cocoa butter extract shampoo and conditioner because of u because i need to clarify..smells awesome and yeah thats what its called look nice will try been having hard time getting product out of my hair but dont want to strip it so i think this will work well thanks for your tips
Oh my god, thank you, I went to matonge to buy the curls product but it was soooo expensive (like 30€ for one bottle????!!!!!) I am gonna follow your advice :D
I love your hair. I always thought that I had to buy expensive products to grow my hair very long. I like the Hair mayonnaise and I'm familiar with the products that you mentioned:)
I love your videos so much, natural hair products are really expensive, I love cantu. It's one of the cheaper natural hair products, but still expensive ($13-$20 sometimes more), I pay $19 for their leave in conditioner from their natural hair line. It's the best leave in I've tried and I really love it, but I'm on the hunt for a cheaper silicone free leave in.
Amber oh my gosh that all ors hair mayonnaise is a such a small jar in the u.s. is a big jar and it is dirt cheap but oh my goodness and your country everything is smaller I guess, but now going on to the shea moisture all know it is expensive in the US also very much so SheaMoisture is expensive and yes we do pay like $16 to 18.00 dollars even on Amazon it's very expensive.but girl we love are hair and we got to do what we got to do to keep it nice and hydrated and moisturize.
From Botswana, heloo amber, i like you and your beautiful thick long hair, and your tutorials. I believe one day my hair will be like u😃 BZW, you were saying Jamaican Black leave in conditioner is expensive in Belgium.. But it is not as expensive as Here, I bought it with 200pulla.
In Toronto the shea moisture JBCO leave in conditioner is like $23 😕. It's amazing when I use it but because it's so expensive I only buy it once in a while.
Hi Amber! I use and have basically the same product, but I wanted to know if its compulsory to have a leave in (and if so can you suggest one) or I can l go with just the moisturizer?
I love the most of the products you like!! I dont know if you know that now you can find the ultra doux (whole blends in America) conditioner in a 650ml presentation. Nice video!! XOXO :)
Amber I'm writing this again it is so funny and it's video you say have a blessed day everybody around me where I live in Arkansas when I say have a blessed day they're like oh wow yeah okay or sometimes I'll say God bless you and they will say oh okay God bless you too but I never hear anybody say have a blessed day I say that all the time is so funny I love your personality cuz you're so bubbly.
Hey Amber that's so funny, those bottles of the Garnier conditioner and shampoo is so small in the United States they are big bottles and they're like $6 a bottle so I just thought that was very funny and your bottles were so funny and they sell the bottles in Walmart Target Kmart those are stores in the US.
Hi! i also live in Belgium, love your video's and I'm just wondering where do you buy your hair products? Bcuz I just started my natural hair journey and feel soo lost Thanks S.
Can you use the ORS hair mayonnaise like the aphrogee protein treatment like ? Because I heard you mention that the hair mayonnaise is like a protein treatment, can you use it as a protein treatment and a deep conditioner? Like 2 in 1? Or should I just by the two separate?
That ors deep conditioner in my country is $50-63 I bought it yesterday n used it today n girlll I glad I spend my money but d price😭😭 im from Trinidad the Caribbean tho 😭 n don't talk bout shea moisture its $118 n up
+Michelle Gordon I'm also still looking for a good salon 😣 there is just one salon I like and that's salon "Nimoza" in Matongé. But One time they did an amazing job but last time sucked big time so I don't know now lol
Amber Ansah love your videos. I'm a new subscriber. I love Matongé for hair stuff. I like Amala Gold for my hair, as a hair oil. I switch between that and coconut oil. If, you find any decent hairdressers, let me know. 😉
I love your outlook on natural hair ..no need for expensive products and hair health is more important then the perfect curl ALL the time!
Wow $18...and here I was complaining about $10 in the US for hair products 😮. I'm really cheap lol. I never thought about where you live & the different countries & the dramatic price changes. I'm already trying to make more of my own but jeez.
I know. Almost all these natural hair product brands are based in the US 😑 I need to come up with my own damn line

Ayesha King Trinidad, the Caribbean
bri 95z I just saw this, I'm from Barbados and I thought hair products here were expensive. Shea moisture is between $30-$40 and cantu is $13-$20 sometimes higher depending on the store.
Try mixing a nice essence oil like rosemary or mint or sandalwood in your Cantu product to change the scent.
Omg the same over here lol! the time I learned less is more is when I was broke from buying all these hairproducts lol

I love your beautiful hair, it was cute ☺️👍❤️💕

I know right!! I was like helllllll naww 😭 back to the basics!
I gave away my Cantu curling cream just because of smell😐 Great video.
+Dee Chambers I also did that with my previous jar of cantu. It's just too much
I had the deep conditioner and it smelled like straight gummy bears, fruit juice and perfume. Sounds nice, but it was nauseating.
I love your videos! Keep them coming! 💋
thank you! ❤️
I love your hair. I always thought that I had to buy expensive products to grow my hair very long. I like the Hair mayonnaise and I'm familiar with the products that you mentioned:)
totally agree on disliking fake, tropical scented products!
i think you look more elegant with the boyish haircut
