NOT A DIRECT REPLACEMENT FOR EDINBURGH - I had previously bought 2 sets of the Edinburgh and was hoping to buy a set of the Advance to replace some lights that had failed and replace 1 solar panel that had stopped due to water damage. Only to find that the connectors are completely different. The only plus point is that they are the same size to fit holes previously drilled.

Are these a replacement for the Edinburgh deck lights? Looks similar only with a better solar panel

How waterproof are The Lights themselves? As I have purchased The Edinburgh Lights in the Past, (16) and had replacements (Twice) because Every Time it rained I would lose 3 4 and even 5 Lights at a time and when it rained Again I would lose another 2-3 lights. Out of the 16 I bought, Plus the replacements, kindly given to me by The Solar Centre, I only have 3 working Lights remaining lights since 19/5/21.. And the Solar Panels have blistered and Peeled !! So are the Advanced (Lights) Themselves, Completely Waterproof?

@@20shaun12 not that we are aware of. You will have a 12 month warranty to report any issues and we will test and replace if necessary
