- Agleswor Mahadev is one of the famous temples of Ramechhap district. It is situated between Galpa and Doramba in Ramechhap district of Nepal. It takes around three to four hours bike ride to reach Agleswor Mahadev. You have to take the BP highway and cross the Sunkhoshi River at Nepalthok and head towards Galpa, Doramba. It may take one to two hours to reach here from Nepalthok. As you may know by the name itself Agleswor, the temple lies on a top of a hill from where you can see the surrounding majestic views. From here, you can reach Sailung, the hundred hills, within one to two hours depending on your ride. If you are planning a trip, then I would suggest you to make a group as the temple lies in the forest and no house, shop, or people around until you climb down about half an hour.
We were traveling from Pokhari to Agleswor temple. The day was beautiful, a perfect one for traveling and video maker. Me and my uncle (fupaju) enjoyed the trip a lot. We had our best times on the journey. We were able to catch the magnificent drone video of Pokhari, Bhotnagi tea garden, Deurali, Doramba, and Agleswor Mahadev temple.
