Max had a couple of incidents where he finished "on the podium" but got a time penalty and had to leave before the ceremonies. But Vettel had some incidents where he had been cheering on the podium and later got demoted...
You clearly don't understand that the situations were rather different. Rosberg was forced off track and Hamilton didn't have time to slow down enough to take the corner. Verstappen on the other hand had an early lock up, slowed down, and then just planted his foot down and cut through the grass instead of staying on the track. His corner cut was just so blatantly obvious and could have been avoided. People like you only want to look at ''oh all three cut the corner, so all three should have same penalties, or no penalties at alll'' without taking anything else into account. And that's exactly the wrong way to look at things.

Lewis 100% should have gotten a penalty as it was the exact same just Lewis looked like more of an accident then Verstappen's but penalties aren't based if they are on purpose or not. There was a new rule introduced in this race to stop Verstappen's movements under braking but Vettel was the first driver who got penalized for it. You could say "oh the irony" but what was really going on was poor and inconsistent decisions by the stewards that season.
