I am allergic to coconut, do I was wondering if you sell any soaps that don't use coconut?
Yes, they all have coconut oil. 💕
@@TreeMarieSoapworks - Sadness. :(
@TreeMarieSoapworks can you explain if there is a reason to add fragrance to liquid oils rather than adding it after lye is mixed in? Just curious. Would it make any difference to possible acceleration?
These are my favorite videos to watch. Other soapers do not show the whole process and that is my favorite part.
Your voice is extremely beautiful and relaxing - for me it's a pure bliss to listen! Like an ASMR that is also useful:) Thank you so much for doing a voiceover instead of subtitles :)
Aww...thank you so much! 🎶💕
Loved this video, narrator, BORN educator! 10Q!!🥰🤗🤗 world needs more people like you! In EVERY industry, craft or discipline.🤗🤗
Thank you so much for saying so! 😘💕
Thank for reflecting at the end of the video by telling us what you learned.
Oh LaLa! I am loving the colors and the size of these bars! Yes!
This is my favorite of your designs so far! Beautiful color choices... I think this technique could be used well in so many types of molds
great job on this, Teri. one of my faves so far. God bless
I love how you apply your artistic influence and talent to soap making. I have done fluid acrylic pouring for paintings and see how I could use my artistic abilities in this craft as well. You’re inspiring to watch!
I love watching your videos. Your soaps are true science with all your calculations then kicked up with your beautiful art.
Thank you, Mary! I like the science part, but I love the art part! ❣💕
What an incredibly well done video! Efficient, explained everything, relaxing, reference links, etc. Beautiful! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you, Susan! I'm trying; I want to teach. 💗
These are so beautiful, being a purple and black lover these are perfect looking soaps
They do look so pretty together! 💜❣
This is the coolest individual mold cp soap design I’ve seen so far. Thanks for sharing.
Wonderful instruction as usual. Thank you for sharing this technique- it is beautiful. 💫
Thank you, Lauren! 💜
I love these mini cosmic waves, gorgeous.
So beautiful! Your videos are so therapeutic 😌 ! Thank you so much for sharing !
Your videos are always so helpful. Ive learned so much from you thank you!
Thank you, Jessica! 💕
This is gorgeous! I just bought a mold like yours, and want to make marble soap, and your technique is amazing. Thanks for sharing! 😍💖
You're welcome! 😊
Beautiful soaps! I am looking g forward to your video on coloring soap. I'm sure you'll have great tips. I love your technique for blending the colorants with oils.
Thank you! I'm so glad you are learning! 💜
Absolutely stunning!
Wow! These are so pretty, I agree more of the red would look awesome! Thanks for sharing your tips, really appreciate you too 🌺
Beautiful! I'm fairly new at this, and one of the things I struggle with is colour proportions, so thank you for giving those percentages for this soap. I look forward to your videos so much because of your detailed instructions - I really feel that I could attempt this pour and have some success. Thank you, and peace from Canada! ☮️
You can! You will love it! 😊💜
Thank you for sharing this! I was inspired by you and tried out this technique a couple of times and it is now one of my favorites!
Thank you so much for the recipe Teri.
Beautiful design color ❤
Your soaps are stunning and your videos are so helpful. I used to follow another soaper on RUclips but she got political and just unpleasant. I’m so glad I found you! You’re channel is refreshing and encouraging as a fellow soaper. Thank you!!
Very beautiful! I just love the ripples of colors against the black.
Thank you! You'll have to try it! I really enjoyed this one! 💕
Really always your recipes are fabulous and inspiring. Thank's.
Thank you! 😊
Thank you for bringing this to us!
You're welcome, Aidan!
Lovely! You are too good! 👌🏻
I am quilter and got myself in to the soap making because my sister is into it. And i am so glad to found your channel. You are so neat and your color sense is so beautiful, i am pretty sure you will be great quilter if you start quilting.
Thank you so much for sharing all that knowledge we are learning a lot from you.
Lol, I was a quilter up onto the point I fell in love with soap making! I like the soaping has a faster result and cheap and it's consumable art.
Awesome! Perfection! Beautiful colors! I love patience 😊
Thank you, Cheryl! 😊
Você é simplesmente FANTÁSTICA! Parabéns pelo talento! Obrigada por compartilhar! ❤️😘
Woah, this is so beautiful. 💜
Thank you! 🌼
Beautiful colors and a beautiful soap. Thank you for your expertise and willingness to share your knowledge. I especially like seeing you mix the colors with a pallet knife, it brings back memories of when I use to oil paint, soooooo many years ago.
Aww...thank you so much! I am so glad to help you learn! 💜
AAA-MAZING! Colors video, I can’t wait 😊 yeehaaa!
Thank you, Yvonne! Are you going to try it? 💜
I hope to BUT LOL... my skill level isn’t yet there. I’m reading, watching, listening and practicing! You are truly such a joy to watch and you’ve encouraged me to do the work that it takes- thank you so much 🦋
Amazing colours quite hypnotic xx
Thank you, Jennifer! 🌌
I came across this video by happenstance. Once I started watching I was hooked. The cubes turned out very pretty. I'm a lover of colorful swirls and how to get them so this was fun to watch. Thank you for showing us!! 💕
Thank you, Tammy! 💕
So pretty! I never know what kind of design to make! I’m new, so it’s hard to think of what to do. Alot of the time I come on RUclips for ideas, especially with what colors look good together.
Oh, you will have to try this one!
Lovely work
Excellent choice of colors, key to the design.
Thank you so much!
Hi dear Teri❤
It was a wonderful video and the soap was amazing 👍😊🎉🌹 me and my family really enjoyed it, specially when you were pouring the soap into the mold it was magnificent 💜❤🖤
Thanks sweetheart 💘 for your amazing work 💖
Hi Rawa, I'm so glad you all enjoyed it! That's my favorite part too! 💕⚘💕⚘
You're an artist and you became soap maker? that's cool
Sam LSD totally makes sense to me. CP soap can be art
Just gorgeous!!
Thank you!!!
Amazing work! I love how technical you are :)
Thank you so much! 😊
Just beautiful
Thank you so much! 💜
Thank you so much! Nice technique and the mold shape is really nice!
Thank you, it is a really great mold. I like that it is rounded on the edges. 💜
Exactly, and would not hurt your skin.
Nice color combinations. I’m always afraid to use dark colors, but this colors works really nice. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you! I use activated charcoal a lot. It's a great black and beneficial to skin. Black oxide it a pain to use, but I feel very comfortable with activated charcoal. ❣
Beautiful colours love it xx
Thank you so much! 💕
These are beautiful.
Thank you! 😊
Omg that is gorgeous!!
Thanks so much! 💜❣
Very beautiful. I was a ceramic artist but haven’t had opportunity to practice my art- so I got into soap making this last year. I LOVE finally having an artistic outlet.
Still learning on color- definitely.
Joined the group (or waiting at least). So hoping to get some questions answered! 😇
BEAUTIFUL!!!
Thank you, Randa! 😊
This is very beautiful. Somehow I usually find myself blending too much but will try to be more patient. Thank you for sharing.
Yes, don't stick blend too much and wait for it to thicken. You can do it, Leona! 👍😊
Those looking awesome 😍
Thank you! 😊
Your videos are so relaxing to watch!
Thank you!
@@TreeMarieSoapworks you're very welcome! Keep up the good work!
How original!!! Very nice and different!!!! Hello from Quebec
Thank you, Chantal! Hello from America! 💕
Hello. I only found your channel yesterday, and I really enjoy it. I’ve never made soap before, and I probably never will (lack of patience), but I love hearing you explain the process. Even the math. It’s very relaxing. Thank you. I’ve subscribed.
Wow, thank you so much! That makes me happy! 😊
Tree Marie Soapworks You’re so welcome. Your voice is so relaxing I just drifted off to sleep for about 45 minutes, and missed a few episodes! As I have insomnia, that is awesome. Just have to watch them again. ❤️
💜I LOVE your videos! Every time I watch, I’m learning something new! This soap is beautiful! The colors really pop! It reminds me of Ikat patterns💕 I saw someone do this technique and tried it myself before. It turned out really cool! Definitely not this beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing!❤️Bella
Thank you so much, Bella! You should try it again! It is so satisfying! 💜💕
Beautiful! Your fb group rocks too! Everyone's cool and supportive of each other. Nobody's snarky to new soapers (there are no stupid or redundant questions when it comes to lye safety). I'm in other groups too. I'd be willing to bet you got lots of ppl from certain ones. Not all heroes wear capes, lol... Keep up the good werk!
Aww...thanks so much! 💖✨
Another masterpiece ❤️😍👏☺️
Thank you! 💝
Absolutely gorgeous, Newby in soap making 🎉
Thank you, Cindy! Enjoy your journey!😊
Thank you for sharing the technique! I have tried it once but failed. After watching the video, I feel I have more confident to try it again!
Yep, you should try it again! Got don't be in a rush with your batter and make sure the fragrance is a well behaved fragrance.
Wow this looks beautiful!
Thank you so much, I was thinking of you when I was explaining about leaving the batter and checking on it in a few minutes. 💜
@@TreeMarieSoapworks Haha thank you! 💜
You're a good teacher.
Thank you so much, Cindi! 💜
It's very nice and simple.
Thank you so much, Nancy!
I'm making jelly candy right now and I'm using your pour techniques!
Love these!! Just marvelous.
Thanks so much, Maria! 💜
You're welcome. 💕
Love these
Thank you!
you're wonderfully talented! that soap technique is gorgeous!
you don't get nearly enough credit for the time you take to make these soaps and videos, but it's much appreciated by new soap makers like myself lol
Thank you so much!
Those are soooo beautiful!! I've never been a fan of using individual cavity molds cuz to me they never get the nice swirls you get on a slab or loaf mold, but you proved me wrong! I can't express how in love I am with those bars 😍😍 and the colors seem perfect to me. I have a really hard time with purples. Sometimes they work for me, sometimes they don't and I can't figure out what the deal is.
Thank you for sharing!! 🥰🤗
Aww... thank you so much! I this was a super fun design!. You could try it in a slab too. 💖✨
I absolutely love your videos : the information you generously share, the demonstration, the ´´what I learned’´ and ´´what can I do better’´ parts, and the gorgeous bars ! But where are the first ones ? I only find the few last. Thank you for everything !
Thank you so much! All my videos are still there. Look under the Video tab on my channel. 💕
Very cool. 👍
Very nice Teri! Love it.
I love how you mix your mica's. I'm going to have to try that one day. It looks really fun and to create a unique shade - brilliant.
Thank you so much, Jen! I just loved making this one! 💜
I admire your work. I can’t understand a deferents between oxides meant for concreat and cosmetic once. I do not see a dif in the pics, but I can see a dif in price. You mentioned a video about colors. Can’t wait for it!
Hiii, I love your videos! May I ask please please please if you can do a packaging video. Just for visual ideas ... 🙏🏾
Nice job!
Thank you! 💕
Stunning! :O
Thank you, Jamie! 🌼
So pretty!
Thank you!
Beautiful
Thank you, Terri!
I tried a modified version of this with green, white, and red with mint fragrance and I can’t wait to unmold this tomorrow. 🙂
As always this soap is stunning! It's kinda funny but I tried using my old (clean) pallette knife to mix a mud mask and I totally get why you mix your colours this way. Smoothest I've ever gotten it😂
Yep, your get it! 🤭
New to colors and so glad to have found this video, thank you! Where do I begin with micas, I have the rainbow and will be getting some browns. Do I just mix my own colors? So much to learn!
I have never used color...this was beautiful
Thank you so much!
Too fun!
Thank you, Ann Marie! 😊
So many gorgeous designs but I specially love this one. I love the shape and size of these bars as well. I'm wondering how you decide which soap recipe to use for each project. (and thank you for sharing the recipes!)
I usually get stuck on a particular recipe. I am loving the one I am using now. That said, I use different recipes for swirls that layers.
For swirls I use a ratio of 43:57, saturated to unsaturated fats. Look in the upper right corner of your soapcalc printout.
For layers, I use a little more saturated fats, like a 50:50 ratio. If I am making layer soap, I like using (white) Kaolin clay too, because I like what it does to soap. It makes a whiter bar and helps make a great lather after a good cure time. 💕
@@TreeMarieSoapworks thank you!
I would love it if you elaborate more on mixing colours. Did you happen to make that video that you promised in this tutorial? Love learning from you, lots of love 💕
your use of color is so insane and delicious . I love your work and your unabashed love of color and mixing your own colors. I don't make soap, just lurk on petty soapers channels.
Thank you, Danee! You are welcome to lurk! 😘💕
AMAZING
Thank you!
This is beautiful. I’ve been wanting to try this kind of pour for a while, maybe that will be my next project!! When it comes to color, I honestly just kind of wing it. I mix colors ahead of time (sometimes FAR in advance) and mostly just throw micas together and hope it works out. I don’t measure at all, which could really bite me in the butt someday, but it’s worked so far. I also don’t sell, so that’s not a factor. Soaping is just fun and I think for me I prefer to just go with the flow. :)
It's just nice to know how much you added so that you can troubleshoot later. I know most people do wing it and do just fine. No worries! 😘💕
Очень красиво!
Labai gražu, super
Good work
Thank you! Cheers!
Yes, a tutorial on color explanation would be appreciated!!
I have it on my list, thank you!
Hi, soaps are amazing! I wonder if the white liquid you put in is white mica, titanium dioxide, or something else? I really like that you are so meticulous and detailed. Best regards!
Another beautiful soap and great video! In your color video, can you address adding TD to colored soap batter to get a lighter shade. Whenever I try it it just looks muddy, and I am wondering if there is a trick or ratio I should be using. Thanks!
Thank you, Sara! I always feel that my pastels are a little muddy too. Titanium dioxide doesn't seem to make a nice white. I am still trying to solve this mystery. 🤔
Your works are fabulous. Just a question: can AVOCADO oil be replaced with some other? Which one would you suggest?
This is so fun! Would this technique work as well in a loaf mold? Thank you.
It is possible, but it's a little more difficult just because it's harder to get in there. You could so something like this: studio.ruclips.net/user/videoJIsomEB82FU/edit
I love the cute cubicle shape and the cosmic color combo! I think they all look perfect. I'm curious abt the colorant calculator, just heard abt it.
I developed it with Elements Bath and Body. Here is some more information.

@@TreeMarieSoapworks Thanks for replying. Will definitely check it out.
@@TreeMarieSoapworks Btw, can you share the difference between working with activated bamboo charcoal and activated coconut charcoal? And is there a difference of adding the FO before adding lye and after adding lye? I'm under the impression that adding FO before lye somewhat affecting the strength of the FO when the soap's finished curing. But I'm still a newbie so I don't know if it's true.
So awesome. What do you do with scraps Marie? I wonder if you could make some sort of press mould. Throw those colourful bits in and squeeze them into a couple more bars.. like a clay extruder in terms of the lever. Waste not want not.
Great presentation! What was the wooden thing at the end? I wasn’t clear how you where evening out the bars.
