There was a time some people did not like to dance or listen to Samba because it was too black. So instead of drums in strong percussion instruments bossa nova used guitars, piano, flutes and a very soft percussion.

Na verdade vou te explicar melhor essa primeira música na verdade marca o tropicalismo com a chega de Caetano Veloso é da Bossa Nova mas era um movimento novo e as guitarras veio com o Gilberto Gil um cantor famoso tbm da Bossa Nova, porém Elis Regina foi contra e por isso ocorreu a Marcha Contra Guitarras Elétricas como Elis tinha muito influência ela não queria americanizar a música brasileira, depois de um tempo teve um programa chamado Jovem Guarda e O nome do programa ajudou a batizar o movimento musical e estético que introduziu o rock no Brasil e um desses cantores de rock famoso é a Rita Lee que ficou amiga de Elis quando a Rita Lee foi presa e estava grávida por que naquela época estávamos em uma Ditadura e ela fez uma música contra o governo ela e Elis nunca conversaram mas quando Rita foi presa Elis foi ajudar elas e acabaram gravando um Música muito boa mas durante essa época ouve uma Ditadura militar em nosso país e os artistas foram muito perseguidos então eles não podiam cantar qualquer música, quando faziam as músicas elas eram mandadas para uns interpretes e se a música falasse mal do governo ela era censurada então nessa época os artistas tinha que passar mensagem subliminares por exemplo um grande hino que poucos conhece Cálice de Chico Buarque e Milton Nascimento embora tenha sido escrito em 1973, foi alvo de censura e só foi lançado 5 anos depois, em 1978. The whole point of bossa nova was to be soft so that people could tell from regular samba. Samba is a rhythm to dance and from African origin. There was a time some people did not like to dance or listen to Samba because it was too black. So instead of drums in strong percussion instruments bossa nova used guitars, piano, flutes and a very soft percussion.

Na verdade vou te explicar melhor essa primeira música na verdade marca o tropicalismo com a chega de Caetano Veloso é da Bossa Nova mas era um movimento novo e as guitarras veio com o Gilberto Gil um cantor famoso tbm da Bossa Nova, porém Elis Regina foi contra e por isso ocorreu a Marcha Contra Guitarras Elétricas como Elis tinha muito influência ela não queria americanizar a música brasileira, depois de um tempo teve um programa chamado Jovem Guarda e O nome do programa ajudou a batizar o movimento musical e estético que introduziu o rock no Brasil e um desses cantores de rock famoso é a Rita Lee que ficou amiga de Elis quando a Rita Lee foi presa e estava grávida por que naquela época estávamos em uma Ditadura e ela fez uma música contra o governo ela e Elis nunca conversaram mas quando Rita foi presa Elis foi ajudar elas e acabaram gravando um Música muito boa mas durante essa época ouve uma Ditadura militar em nosso país e os artistas foram muito perseguidos então eles não podiam cantar qualquer música, quando faziam as músicas elas eram mandadas para uns interpretes e se a música falasse mal do governo ela era censurada então nessa época os artistas tinha que passar mensagem subliminares por exemplo um grande hino que poucos conhece Cálice de Chico Buarque e Milton Nascimento embora tenha sido escrito em 1973, foi alvo de censura e só foi lançado 5 anos depois, em 1978. Com metáforas e duplos sentidos, Chico traça duras críticas ao governo autoritário. Citando a passagem bíblica (Marcos 14:36), parece comparar o sofrimento de Jesus no calvário com o do povo brasileiro.assim, o cálice estaria repleto do sangue daqueles que foram torturados e mortos, nas mãos do Estado violento.
