Oh it is definitely deliberate, funnily enough if you buy both the premium pro and golden glory box, you get a full set of challengers

Can you get relic cards or anything like that from these packs. Also I’m guessing these don’t go in the binder?

As far as I'm aware, you can only get relics from the tins. I've had to get two binders to fit them all in

Do I get a premium pro card from 1 pack not from a box or do I need a bix

You get one Premium Pro card per pack, but you would need to buy a full sealed box to guarantee a full set of 10 Premium Pro Limited Edition Cards
