Has to admit that this person Balakrishna from spinny who inspected this car really did a great job . Infact I've met him earlier when one of my friends had to sell his car and this person showed up representing spinny. The amount of attention he paid to each n every minute details and individuals was really impressive and also helped us getting a new car which was indeed the best deal we could have ever got .

No doubt Altroz is a great car, still I sold it within a year due to few problems. I bought the car on 2nd July 2021 and sold it on March 2022. Odometer reading was 6.5k kms. I chose Spinny as I got good deal than other companies. 👍🏻 🙏 to Spinny. Mine was Altroz XZ NA Petrol. I bought the car at 8.75 lakhs and sold the car at around 6.80 . The resale value of Tata cars are still very poor. I have upgraded to New Baleno Alpha MT. Now I am really satisfied with it. In my Altroz, I was facing serious lag issues in 2nd & 3rd gear, a 'kir' 'kir' type sound from right side while pressing acceleration pedal which was irritating, rust issues on the left side door. The main problem was Service Centre Experience, it was worst for me.. Still I believe that Tata will improve one day and become No. 1 OEM.
Very true, tata will certainly improve but yes customer service is big issue for Tata now, they need to improve it and thank you for watching and sharing your experience
I20 would be better option Maruti big noo .. engine is better but quality of material not good..i owned a baleno .in high speed i lose my confidence in this car
I bought Alto in 2006....and working perfectly fine...bought for 5.6lacs....and after 16 years...i got value offer of 1.6lacs....love the car...so i did not sell it...... still enjoying.
Same situation....but my suggestion is to keep this car atleast 3 years atleast other wise you lose 1.5 lakh From on road price and also 5 years loan interest. 😊👍 So the total cost will be 2.5 lakh may be...

@@StavanDimothe rusting from each and every part of the car(no i dont live near the seas and no i dont wash my car every day with hard water), violent jerks in 2 and 3rd gear while driving in city. 9-10 ka city mileage.Poore cabin mai se harr jagah se aawaz aane lagi hai built quality is poor. A/C issues, glitchy touchscreen software, cruise control issues. Sabse bada issue rusting and jerks ka hai. Im going to sell this crap ASAP and never buying TATA again🙏🏻

@@StavanDimothe I’ve altroz driven 30,000km so far . My car is from the 1st batch of altroz booked it on the launch day. My experience No rust issue whatsoever ( 2.5 year old car). Car is cleaned by the cleaning guy daily and i get it power washed once a month. No rattling noise Never gave up anywhere in these 30,000km I’ve driven it at 155kmph as well super stable Only issue is the pick up in intial gears thats all. And yeah i never faced any issues with the service center. So overall totally satisfied with the car.

No rust issue whatsoever ( 2.5 year old car). Car is cleaned by the cleaning guy daily and i get it power washed once a month.
