I live in Hawaii on the island of Oahu and I hiked barefoot before (well because I was hiking in slippers and it broke). But I 100% agree that it’s so much more fun when it’s muddy and even raining too. I was hiking to a waterfall and feeling the earth on my feet and finally dipping them in water was so refreshing. For anyone out there I recommend you do this at least once in your life. It’s so much fun!
It's so easy to take our planet for granted as if it's suppose to take care of itself. As the farmer said it's everyones responsibility to protect the beauty of the earth. So eye opening! Nature is everything! I'm so glad you and Dakota are making this series🙂

It's so nice to hear/see that you enjoy walking barefoot regularly. Barefooting is natural,shoes distance us/separate us from Mother Nature.
Our feet were meant/ created to be bare and that's why there are a number of sensors/nerve endings under our feet. They connect from head to toe. When we walk on sand gravel and tiny stones/pebbles, our entire body gets a stimulation. It also allows your body to connect with the earth and absorb free Electrons from the earth's surface. Apart from from all that our feet and soles loves that freedom and the feeling of various textures of soil between their toes. Further going barefoot gives a free foot spa,which is Very much effective than what you pay and get from those so called spa centers.
Go barefoot always when you're at home(that's inside the house as well as in your garden)..

Love the video, I think its so great that you are focused on the elements and making it a 4 part series. I love to hike but I never thought or knew what earthing was but as soon as I saw this I was like.. I have to do this!!! I'm an Early Childhood Educator here in Ontario Canada, and the best part about my job is that I can revert back to the inner child in me. I work with a Toddler age group and everyday they inspire and humble me because to watch them figure out their place in the world, or how to maneuver around their world is incredible. I get to feel paint on my body as in my program when we paint we use our entire body sometimes not just your typical tools. We get to be messy with things like goop, we get to play in the mud, we get to play in the sand and water... We get to discover together and by seeing the world through their eyes it really does allow me to recognize and take a deeper look at things. Hawaii seems like a beautiful place... I can't wait to watch the other episodes.

Great video! The ancient Egyptians used healing rods otherwise known as "cylinders of the pharaoh" made from copper and zinc cylinders filled with quartz, when held produce a subtle electrical energy of .6 volts and gains .02 volts every minute held. "An earthquake is the Earth saying hi." LOL, that make me chuckle.
I know it's the day after but I hope you had a happy earth day! I wished I got outside yesterday but it was raining.
I watched this on April 30, on that day a 2.1 magnitude tremor was felt in Donegal, Ireland, the second in a month. Its not a place that has earthquakes. Typically earthquakes are the result of tectonic plates shifting, earthquakes can also happen inside the plates, which are much smaller, because there is less energy accumulating on the fault zone.

Hi Raya you're an amazing person and I like your videos but I wish I saw you visiting Bulgaria more often and showing some of its' beautiful nature.
