Totally love this video! I could watch you craft every day. Sometimes I do lol. I go back and watch old videos 😊
Yay! Thank you!
I love making cards like this...a little bit of everything on it! Thanks for sharing!
You are so welcome!
I loved the cards! They are designed with care and creativity and love 💕!
Awesome cards... really love your cardmaking videos... they don't pop up on my feed anymore.
Glad you like them!
I love watching you create as you go. Really fun. Have a wonderful day. I worry too about using the same stuff and making similar cards for people, but most people won't remember or care.
Thank you! You too!
Your cards are always so creative. I love it. I need to check out the new set you have out if I haven't missed them already.
Thanks Angela!
Love when you do card making because you make the collage kind I like to make with whatever I find in my stash. Loved that you honored your husband's tile efforts in his card. That makes that one extra special.
Thank you so much!
I started stamping in the early 90s an I still have most of my wood block stamps so many of them I still use because there still relevant
Nice!
Very inspiring Lindsay, but I'm so pregnant I can barely sit or walk, so my old card making supplies will have to wait, but it was a nice mental journey nonetheless.
Aww, congratulations!
Yayyyyy we need more card making videos, Lindsay! I love your cards! Thanks for sharing
More to come!
Enjoyed it very much! You have an eclectic style and very original results! 🩷
Thanks so much! 😊
I enjoyed your card making video. The cards are awesome. I'm sure your dad and husband will love them. Thanks for sharing!
I love those cards. Yes, that first glue you used is a pain in the backside to use, but it was my go to glue for years. In my area now it is hard to find, and if I do, it's really spendy. I've been using slightly watered fown Elmer's school glue for card making. It works and is cheap! Thanks for the card making ideas for men. I like to send my buddies a card and they're always harder to make.😊
Good to know! I used Elmer when I started scrabooking but a few metal embellishments cane off.
I love all types of paper crafting videos as well as painting. I like DIY art and craft supplies too. Great video.
Thanks so much 😊
I love the cards! I know the recipient's will love them!
I think so too!
You are correct about buying what you like! Another thought is that I am sure husbands and dads don’t really know what the latest trends in stamps are!😁
So true! I don't even know the latest trends, they move so fast!
Love the cards! I am so glad to have you home again.
Thank you so much!
Hullo Lindsay, I love watching you create and creating cards is just a fun activity! Buy what you like and you will use again and again! Great advice too!
Thanks 😊
I enjoyed your video. I always feel like I'm sitting with a friend crafting and talking. Hugs. Keep making videos!
Thank you, I will
This is so cute, what a stunning design ☺☺
Thank you! Cheers!
I absolutely love the cards! It’s amazing how the final touches and flourishes - whether it’s to a pair of multimedia cards like these or a watercolor painting - are what really bring a project to life and make it look complete!
Thank you so much!
Very clever idea. Always get inspiration.❤
Thank you! 😊
Dollar Tree has a stamp set with a similar typewriter and it is obviously very economical.
Nice!
Hi, Lindsay. Thank you for your video. Best wishes and Happy the week. ❤
Thank you! You too!
I love your collage style of cardmaking. It's totally different than how I make cards but I can appreciate it and I picked up some tips and tricks to use ( I didn't know washi tape didn't last forever!). Thanks for a cardmaking video ~ I always enjoy them!
Thank you so much!
Beautiful and fun love your idea and technique..
Thanks so much!
I love this video. I always love these kinds of videos. Thank you!
I'm so glad!
Gorgeous cards, Lindsay! I`m in love💞
Thank you very much for making my day.
Aww, thanks 😊
Those are amazing 🎉❤
Glad you like them!
Oh my! I have that stamp set!!!
It's so good!
I was just about to ask!!!
Don’t burn your fingers off! 😂❤
Close to my Heart merged with Stampin Up.
Really?
I have this stamp set that someone in town was selling. I stamped the image in brown but it just didnt look as good compared to black. Great cards.
Thanks 😊
Glue boogers😂
If the description fits!
How fun! I love your card making videos. Getting lost in collage is so fun and pairing that with making a card is good for me since there is a smaller canvas. What was the name of the channel you mentioned for scan & cut? I don't think the closed caption was even close...at least not close enough.
Balzer Designs (Julie Fei-Fan Balzer)
Wow! I never have seen heat embossing before, cause I'm a painter, so I was impressed. That heat gun is definitely just a Conair compact dryer with another brand name on it :) I use one to dry my watercolors! Your "tiles" turned out amazing! What was that big thing you applied adhesive with??
You wouldn't want to dry your hair with this, it's heat but not air.
That is a tape gun, it applies double sided tape.
I’m wondering if you sent that metal stencil through a die cut/embossing machine if it would flatten it out.
Good idea! I think I prefer plastic stencils for this.
Hi Lindsay!
Is there any reason why you don’t use hot glue guns anymore?
I do sometimes, I just used one today for a non video project. I didn't think of it for this I guess. It would ha e worked great!
