A OFFSET function returns a reference from the range where row and columns intersect which a user enter in to formula.
SYNTAX of OFFSET Formula =OFFSET( range, rows, columns, [height], [width] )
Parameters or Arguments
Range - A range from where you want to start the offset formula
Rows - Which row you want to fetch. This can be a positive or negative number.
Columns - Which column you want to fetch This can be a positive or negative number.
Height - Optional. It is the number of rows that you want the returned range to be.
Width - Optional. It is the number of columns that you want the returned range to be.
Here I teach you this offset function in hindi with the help of 3 question.
1) How to use simple offset - formula use : =OFFSET(D2,3,4)
2) How to get sum of last 3 row by using offset - formula use : =SUM(OFFSET(D2,COUNTA(G2:G7)-3,3,3,1))
3) How to get average of last 4 column by using offset - formula use : AVERAGE(OFFSET(D2, 4,COUNTA(D6:J6)-4, ,1,4))
It is a very difficult task to anyone. If you are really interested to learn this trick then this video never lets you down.

I dont understand the concept of using countA here and the minus here doesn't project the right value. How the heck will the excel get to know the range??!!! Is there other alternative of doing this??

Or width isliye kyonki use last 4 digit chahiye thi

You can only only highlight , count , or know the duplicate value but cannot remove by formula you should to use delete command for that.
