At the start of the clip, you'll first hear Abraham contradict what Mark Wall, Head of Democratic (sic) Services wrote on 19 Oct:
"I am writing to inform you that after consideration and consultation with the Chief Executive, the Mayor has confirmed that he will not accept the deputation for the Council meeting on Thursday as it relates to the City Plan Part 2 which is now part of a formal process for consultation and written submissions to the Secretary of State. It would not be appropriate for the Council to receive the deputations as it has concluded its consideration of the City Plan Part 2 and they should be submitted directly to the Planning Inspectorate as part of the consultation process."
...and in the same sentence, AG-G states that the deputation relates to a plan that has not yet been submitted. This may be true of Whitehawk Hill but is NOT true about Coldean.
Our deputation did not mention City Plan Part Two.
