Please consider releasing an expander for modular with two pairs of gate / cv outs! Would be amazing to have this in a modular system instead of having to deal with midi. Then you could also expose the two additional rest controls as knobs instead of having to go thru the ux interface.

Yes, you are right. We will fix that with the next firmware release.

Hello, I have the MeloDicer and Mex3. When in edit mode I have to push and turn the rotary dial to get to position 10 "Mex Mode" which seems odd because the instructions and video do not mention the need to push the dial. Furthermore, when holding down "A" or "B" to change the two voices rest probabilities, the array of circular lights does not light up and allow me to adjust the "rests" state of voices 2 and 3. I can not figure out why. Any help would be appreciated.

Nevermind. Updating the MelloDicer firmware to r41 fixed it!

Can someone please tell me how to make this exact system? New to modular and this would be an ideal start for me. Thanks :)

Hi, this is just a small case with a meloDICER and MEX3 module. In this case it is used as sequencer. For starting into the eurorack world, you may want to start with a bigger case to have more space for additional modules. We recommend to find a good eurorack dealer that can offer good support for the start.
