Im so tired of being paired with randoms who go out their way to push the VERY first fight they can find with white shields despite the fact we landed on Evo harvesters and consoles. Only to get their asses kicked in 0.3 seconds. I’m glad you validated my thinking that EVO’s should be taking priority very early prior to pushing your first fight

@@joyhappinesslil bro be quiet I guarantee your one of the people who rush into a fight and leave the moment you get knocked and then complain about your team not being with you, I also guarantee you were one of the people who try and flex that you were in masters rank in season 17 even through half the players were in masters

Cool tip I found as a Pathy main. Pathfinder can scan beacons directly after Controller Legends. So If I have one I get to purple super quick when theres a Controller on the team.

Literally a few hours ago, my teammates trash talking me coz they landed on top of 2 teams in 1 building off the rip n died coz they couldn’t get a gun, can’t b sorry for their stupidity 😂
Skirmisher randoms are the biggest throwers in ranked. My best teammates have been control and support cause they don't rely on use abilities to escape situations.
Yeah man. I love playing the skirmisher legends in mixtape of straight shot bc its fun to just huck your body at enemy teams and see how many you can kill before you die and jump into the next game, but for ranked I have the most success with Caustic (even though I'm a loba main) Like just throwing gass everywhere is so great for locking down a building and preventing pushing, or creating a safeish spot to heal or loot in. Its great!
The hardest thing is to catch a decent team. Some end up at the hotspots and play like they're in pubs and push without pinging or saying anything... they probably think you can read minds.

Honestly if I'm gonna give you any advice it's not to rely on players playing skirmisher legends. In my experience they don't always play with the team in mind. Because they have a get out of jail free card like a phase or jump pad they tend to be very reckless, you as a rampant have to plan your pushes carefully cause you can't just grapple out or horizon lift out of trouble if things go wrong. I would have left that Rev honestly and preserved my points.

Theres is also another way of getting lvl 2 evo instantly on first drop if you have 2 controllers and scan the console at the same time.

I'm one week into the game. My problem with it currently is aim. If I find a 1v1, I usually lose.
But my teamwork skills are very good. I follow the team, ping items and enemies, always reply commands and I even try to coordinate people over the mic and pings. I often help people creating 1v2 scenarios or flanking enemies, so I can help the team.
I'm not that bad, I'm just regular but in a game where people 100 to 0 in a second, this means a lot.
I'm working on (started today) my movement and aim with a aim routine on the training grounds. Looking forward to see the investment pay off !
Hell yea! Those macro skills can honestly carry you to plat with good comms. It might a bit of a trek but those are important skills. Aim comes with time! Keep it up :)
@@benkostowniak9826 thank you! I can already see the difference. Before i often died without dealing any damage and i could barely hit a target.
Now I'm consistently in the last 5 teams, i won 5 rounds and I can hit something like 300 to 600 damage each round.
I'm currently using both Ballistic and Catalyst.

Idk if other ledgends have this but i was playing vantage for a challenge and realized that her first perk allows you to scan ring consoles so you can get both ring location and enemy location, the only downside is you have to play vantage
That one guy who got 72k+ kills on Vantage last season: "I see this as an absolute win" xD

yeah her ult is seriously nice. Just being able to whip out a sniper and bully teams at long distance, and kind of force them to not push. Its great. I really think the whole echo mechanic needs to be rethinked though. I don't see any use for having echo out outside of her tac. Like I'll just use her tac and throw echo out in one action, and then immediately recall echo on landing bc I don't want teams finding me bc of my bat. I think echo should have some recon potential as well, maybe being able to detect player sounds from further than people could hear, that would be very cool. Perhaps tell you if someones coming and from where so you can hear the footsteps or sliding before you personally do. I'd love that, and it would give a reason to leave your bat out.@@C-arl

why aren;t u using your mic more regularly in game. i know alot of players who solo que to masters and they use their mics. I gotta say u cant blame all your randoms

The few times I’ve used my mic to randoms I get yelled at and called slurs just cuz I ask our pathfinder to scan the survey beacon. Not to excited to try again.

I’m pretty sure he doesn’t actually live in the US or at least he doesn’t play on US servers so it’s likely there’s a language barrier anyway

Hey, great video! I love the playstyle and the plan you made. My peak is masters but I want pred, I only solo que. Maybe we could push to pred together? This would also prove you dont need insanely good pred players to carry you into pred. I know it is a long shot, but it would be a great video idea.
I have an question so like in s20 if you had purple shield and you looted box with red shield core and pick it it will be like conduit Q but what if you drop your core shield core and then loot an box will it give you red shield without it being temporary and instead permanent red shield just like old shield swaps
No, your shield isn't based off the core, just your actual Evo level. When you swap your core with somebody else's you are losing your original core for somebody else's, it just degrades down to your tier once that one shield chunk is gone

If you're solo queueing, the chances of you hitting pred are slim to none ( on PC not console ). You have to be a crazy talent to do it. That's why most people 3 stack because that's the easiest and best way to do it. The other way is to do it on minute 1 of the new season and get master and be the first 750 to do it so you get pred right away.
P.S.
Every top player will tell you it's not the best strategy to 50/50 off drop. That's the worst way to rank up because you lose more often than not.

15:49 just an observation without faulting anyone here(no sarcasm just an observation), you dropped down and you’re revenent was really low basically one shot and he was doing the next big thing healing, so mid heal you blast the door open in front of him while he’s one shot, he gets blasted to narnia and he goes down then you barge in low in shields and health and chow the new castle, there was no way too win that bro, maybe waiting for the teammate to heal would of been better but I understand in the heat of the moment stuff happens. I too have this moments it sucks but watching play back like this helps me. It’s just so hard breaking certain patterns for example me peeking too long and then I get blasted.
this is definitely a good observation, it could have gotten the revenant killed but it was a play i felt was needed as we were getting shot in the back (the revenant actually died to a nemesis player from behind) either way, it wasn't the best play in the situation and i should have stayed under and not left the building cause eventually the revenant dropped down anyway
I think this situation is a perfect example of there's a million ways to lose a fight but often just a few clear ways to win it and it just takes lots of practice and play time to understand which are the right plays to make and when (and sometimes situations are just straight up unwinnable too)

I would still lose even with purple armour advantage with my friends lol all I ask of them is to take one down and I get the other two but they can’t manage it the amount of times I get a knock and crack the second guy then lose to the team is crazy.

this is my first season im playing since S13....why with me in bronze as i am getting up to my usual gold/plat rank is there at least 2-4 teams with masters and sometimes an apex player in my lobby....im bronze ffs

You just press the "Switch Firing Mode" key, I think. It says "Cooldown" beneath the ammo display at the bottom right of tge screen.

How does he know his exact ranking?
Go to apex tracker. You can see your exact ranking points and under it will tell you which player number you are from top 1.

And I hope the exact opposite. That is literally what season 17 was and it almost killed the game. The amount of players who left, the ratting issue, it legit was one of the worst changes ever made. Please don’t cook 😭😭
Next time you play any game, look for a masters badge. They’re all silver players who ratted during season 17/18. That’s the reminder why we don’t have placement anymore
