Thank you, Phoebe, for the joy you bring into our lives. You and Matt are the coolest people on the planet. Harriet and I try to decompress by doing deep breathing exercises at the beginning and end of the day. It helps to settle you down. You don't have to be on the go all the time. Harriet and I try to get to our safe place at Kripalu Institute in The Berkshires, Ma. and do what you're doing.

I just loved watching your video & journey on your stay at Eden …
I relived my time I spent there recently which was life changing for me.
I originally booked in for 4days but on my teary Wednesday (3rd day) I decided to extend for 7days …
Before coming to Eden I had written on a piece of paper at home … I want to be a private driver for corporate …
One of the lovely ladies that I met there was leaving on day 6, so I walked her down to say goodbye
She had organised a private transfer & the company they use is Corporate Limousine’s.
I spoke to the gentleman who owns the company & I now do the transfer’s for the guests coming in & out of Eden …
I just love the drive to & from …. It’s just so magical

Glad you were able to experience that! Self-care is always a great idea! Reminds me of another experience called “The Big Silence” found on RUclips of a group of people doing a silent retreat for 8 days. They were going stir crazy by day 3 but by the end, everyone got something out of it.

That looks tough but worth it. I would seriously struggle with no tv or internet for a week. I do need to shake off some negative stuff. Also - never ever doubt yourself. LGB is one of our favourite tv shows, and that's because of everything you guys bring to it. Just keep doing what you are doing.
haha absolutely - tough at times and definitely worth it! The TV was a real struggle, that's for sure - I didn't realise how much I crave those distractions. Thank you so much for all the love, it means so much. Phoebe x

Well after watching this it makes so much sense why you've been experiencing lots of purging!!! You've clearly released A LOT energetically which you have now released physically too :) yay! People think healing is always sweet and gentle... but if you've got some heavy dense energies to let go of it often comes in the form of physical purging and facing the emotional dragon... good on you!!!

That looks an amazing place to reflect and explore the crazyness of within! I really enjoyed watching this. It’s a place I have known about for over 30 years and I remember so much wanting to go all those years ago. Now I am in my mid 50’s and currently not very fit, but I think my husband would like so much about this place, so I will be suggesting it to him for us to go together.

I love border collies! I am the same as you, always doing things. I can only nap after high intensity workouts (swimming, diving, etc). There’s animals everywhere? Reason enough to visit 😻. Those views from the accommodation are so beautiful with all the nature around. That climbing is such a nice activity. This retreat sounds really relaxing. You’ve put another thing on my bucket list, well done! Thank you for sharing your experience and I wish you a wonderful week 🤙

hahaha right?! Yeah I definitely would actually - I think I've always been open to them but unsure if they actually make a difference so I was hesitant to do one. But, Eden really did make a difference. And we met so many truly wonderful people too - staff and visitors. It was a great experience! I'd be keen to try a few abroad - maybe a yoga retreat in South-East Asia for example.
