My wife had those tacos when we visited in May and she was blown away by how great it was. She said it was the best meal she has had yet at Disneyland (California Adventure)...

Lemon helps to cut salt which is why you need it on the Skewer. It looks and sounds so good
Quesabirria isn’t a traditional Mexican dish but it’s so good cuz the tortilla is drenched with that soup you had and then fried on the flat cooktop and kind cooked like a quesadilla but in taco form.
It’s time consuming to make but it’s so good!

The birria is traditional but putting cheese in it is very new and it took off every restaurant seems to sell it

I have to agree with you Max mobile ordering is great you get your food faster everywhere in St Louis if I can waiting for 30 minutes to an hour for your food and some places in St Louis

I believe you can go to the main guest relations area near the front of either park and let them know it is your birthday or first visit and they will give you a button. The wife and I were doing the chef's counter at Napa Rose a few years back and they asked if this was a special occasion. We mentioned it was our anniversary in a couple of days and they brought us out two Happy Anniversary buttons they personalized with the number of years we had been married.
