Our first day in CROATIA. POREC and the amazing PULA Roman amphitheatre.

In this episode, we finally arrive in Croatia, a place we have always wanted to visit.
We headed for the quaint little port town of Porec, about 45 minutes from the Slovenian border. And what a place it was.
After being there for a couple of hours, we drove on towards our main destination of the day Pula, where we spent 4 nights on a lovely campsite called Camping Stojia.
The bus stop to Pula was right outside the campsite entrance and made it so easy to navigate our way around the area.
Pula was fantastic, a true throwback to the Roman era, with its various ruins, and most impressive of all the 2000+ year old Roman Amphitheatre.
