I perform water changes twice a week, have added a sponge filter, and ensure the tank is not overcrowded (I keep a maximum of 3-4 pairs in a 1.5-foot tank). Should I invest in a water quality testing kit, or is there another approach I should consider? I would greatly appreciate your guidance.
