സൂപ്പർ 👍🏻ഇതൊന്നും ഇല്ലാതെ സിംപിൾ ആയി വെക്കാം ഈ കറി. ടേസ്റ്റ് അപാരം ആണ്. ഇവിടെ ഒത്തിരി ഫാൻസ്‌ ഉണ്ട് ഇതിന്. ഒരു മൺചട്ടി എടുക്കുക. അതിലേക്ക് ഒരു പച്ചമാങ്ങ നുറുക്കിയതും അതിന്റെ മാങ്ങാണ്ടിയും കൂടെ 6 പച്ച മുളക് അല്പം മഞ്ഞൾ പൊടി കൂടി ചേർത്ത് വെന്ത ശേഷം തേങ്ങ അരച്ചത് ഒഴിച് ഉണക്കമീൻ ചേർക്കുക. തിളപ്പിച്ച്‌ വാങ്ങി വെക്കുക.ശേഷം അൽപ്പം കറിവേപ്പില പച്ച വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ കൂട്ടി തിരുമ്മി ചേർക്കുക.സിംപിൾ ആണ്. But അപാര ടേസ്റ്റ് ആണ്. ഒരുപാട് മസാല ഒന്നും ഇടാതെ. അതിന്റെ തനതായ രുചി കിട്ടും 😋😋😋😋ഈ രീതിയിൽ ഒന്ന് try ചെയ്തിട്ട് അഭിപ്രായം പറയണേ
