I guess I'll mention it, but don't feel obliged to watch: I did a recut of an old video I posted way back in the day (2013) of me freeriding my ATV out on our very wooded property. Halfway through that video, i took a break and talked about South Dakota a little bit, and showed some pictures from that trip, around the halfway point in the video. It's scheduled to release 12-4-20 at 4:30 Central. Like I say, I'm not expecting you to watch it, but if you decide to, keep an eye out for that, if you're interested. Either way, I'll see you in the next video.

Are you allowed to ride on unmarked trails or do you have to stick to the map? Gotta love those old town sites like Mystic. Especially when you can go inside the buildings. I would've went left at the 16:40 mark just to check out the campsite and the creek. Might've been some little falls there. All those old building like at 23:32 are amazing. Would be great to know the history. Did you get a chance to explore that one close up? WOW, that was a GREAT tour! You guys found some awesome trails, views and sites on that day! that cabin that you looked at we went by there last year. The only bad thing with us is we are limited to 62in trail cause my ranger is to big we went through that town to left is a dead end. closed at the bridge. off to the left where you said it was a dead end is where we parked and unloaded. we got caught in a hail storm two years ago out there not fun.

I will never forget cow # 105, her name was "whitey", and every single morning I would start pushing cows for milking...she would hear my voice, there she would come running up to find me, and there it was in my "young" life....I realized just how meaningful a simple relationship between man and animal could be. She simply knew one thing, I would scratch her jowls, tell her how much I loved her, and that she was my favorite out of the entire group. That relationship went on for 6 years, sadly she had to be put down, but it was a lesson of life. This has nothing to do with ATV riding, but it does prove a simple point, you never know where relationships (friends or more) will come from. That is the beauty of all of this in which we do.

What I mean is people take their animal friends for granted they need their love also. I know people go through a lot in life and we need our friends to talk to in difficult times but our family and friends that are abroad do have an effect on us as well. In the summer of 2016 to the area around Mt. Rushmore and Hill City, we had hail 5 out of 7 days. On one of those hail storms, we took refuge in one of the road tunnels in the area.

Basically we just looked at the Avenza Map and picked an area to ride in that looked like it had a lot of trails. One day we would run the southside the next day we would run the northside from the camp. Basically try to do all the trails in a certain area. Didn’t really plot a route or anything. What did you use to plot your routes? And did you import the routes into avenza? Are the trail numbers clearly marked on the trails?
Basically we just looked at the Avenza Map
and picked an area to ride in that looked like it had a lot of trails. One day we would run the southside the next day we would run the northside from the camp.
