    I love this. To me it's like the ebb and flow of the sea. It's been shown that 8 hours of sleep in one stretch has never been normal. Siesta, naps, short 10 minute power naps, a short rest between tasks, even a few minutes, rests and resets the body and brain.
    Walking as much as we sit may not be possible for many people, but breaking it up even with a few minutes movement each hour is possible for most of us if we use our tech to set a recurring reminder. Thanks so much Michael and Sherine.
