Grazie Piero Italy..
Excellent video. I have a 1996 Evinrude 4hp. Model # E4REDS. It barely has 100 hours. I thought by it's age alone it would need a new impeller. In the process I found the rubber of the shaft seal under the water pump and above the gear box to be in poor condition. I'm not sure how to remove it or the needle bearings to inspect further. I suspect there might be an issue since the rubber seal is worn on one side. Any advice on how to best remove without possibly damaging the bearing housing in the process? Thanks Ed
