I'm so happy bob was good to me that last perch I don't deserve sub 12 after that choke.
Didn't think I'd actually end up getting sub 12 though, now that I've done it I think I can actually go further.
I still think sub 10 is the ultimate goal for random seed but the seed needed would have to be better than this, and this was very good.
Sorry for slight audio delay, it's in the original recording so I don't think I can fix it.

Damn, this is a god seed man. Spear and Boss Statues on nearby Trading Outpost, and another Trading Outpost next to the Ship. Got lucky on the buffs as well.
Probably a faster time if you got at least one Crimson Dagger for the Bob fight.
Getting all the trades at the village next to boat was the really insane part, instant wr potential when I saw that

Bro leave the back to back legendary powerups from blue chest, you also got a FRICKING SPEAR!? I literally had to SEARCH for a spear seed. How many tries does it take for you bro? To get a spear?
I have like 12k resets, sometimes you have good days and bad days for spears, could find one every 10 ish seeds and sometimes find one in 3 hours. 3% chance in any seed and if you play enough it's not super rare. Nightblade seeds are pretty rare though, it's 1/1000 chance and I've only found like 6 or 7.

@@alikagantin9715 Nightblade has slightly higher dps but if you are fast swapping with spear for faster hits it does way more damage (so I prefer spear)

Which chests? There are free ones, but the only ones I can remember right now are at the blue ones at the end and I do spend gold on them

Any chests from the looters hut are free, you can even get legendary ones
How do you take no damage from the Gem Guardian's beam at 3:30? Like wha?
When you stand directly in front of a guardian during the beam attack you take reduced damage. On easy difficulty days 0/1 if you have any armor or milk (defence powerup) it's enough protection to take no damage from the beam if you walk directly in front of the guardian. In this run I had milk so it worked.

This is insane. I think the only way you could've done it faster would be buying a bow
with 255 gold after all trading is done and I had everything for boat, the only bow that would have saved a lot of time is the ancient bow (250 gold) not enough to buy any arrows. Maybe a slight time save if he had an oak bow

I don't remember exactly where it is but you just have to turn it off in settings.

@@mmthspotter That's the looters hut. Can spawn with up to 5 chests of any rarity and all of them are free.
