I dont know Nicko but i can tell he is not a LIAR...he answers the issue - straight forward... unlike KRIS - she uses the name of her dead mom&dad all the time, knowing that a lot of people loves Cory and Ninoy; she uses the name of her kids, knowing that there are a lot of Moms who will be watching; she also uses her sisters name, knowing that a lot of the people are also sisters; she uses the story of being sick, knowing that a lot of people feels really bad and supportive to those who are sick; and lastly uses the name of GOD, knowing that Filipinos are God fearing people... Kris may not be a Liar , and i guess tama si Nicko she fabricates truth and exaggerates her story...why bring your justice league if you are orally fixated yourself and definitely can speak up for yourself- cos the truth is Kris wants to intimidate her opponent, make it known that i can pay the most expensive lawyers in this country to bring you down Nicko

I have no skin in this game but somehow I kinda believe the Falcis's side. The credit card expenses made can be contested and she only filed for qualified theft of amounting to 1.2Mphp despite her earlier propaganda of saying he stole what seemed like tens of millions from her and her boys' future to which he has no access to. In fact the credit card bill goes to Kris so there is transparency there. It doesn't make sense. The credit card billing as I saw it had no hidden charges and in fact were expenses incurred for KCAP projects/activities/expenses. Did Kris give him power to be able to take money out of her personal bank account?! Crazy! Kris thinks just because she says it to the public, and is open and frank about it, that it is the real truth. Being honest doesn't mean being truthful. There's always 3 sides to the truth, his truth, hers and the real truth. And they're acting like the Aquino's doesn't yield political power and influence...obviously if she threatens him, he can't just seek protection from the "barangay' against an Aquino. Their power is deep rooted despite the current political regime, all these oligarchs still have power and can still do stuff beyond what the law allows common individuals of no political lineage

In my opinion, political lineage, etc. etc. got nothing to do with this case. And yes, obviously Kris is not a perfect person which she already admitted (but still a person prone to make mistakes nonetheless). But the law is still the law and she does have the evidence. I guess for me the problem was she trusted him too much and he also got comfortable too much (not remembering to put a line on the business aspect and personal). I saw the bits shown of that credit card bill and for a moment people should focus on the parts that shows that payments were made of large amounts. That's where the problem lies - he had too much power that he could even dip into the KCAP money and paid for those large sums on there without proper accounting. Kris on her part, must have only already noticed when she looked at her account and her money was less than was she expected. Was shocked to see all those large sums taken from the company account. He should have settled with her right away even without lawyers. He should have just called for a meeting with her and all the staff involved. He should have gone through with all the expenses one by one and explain to her personally (or make a detailed report), where stuff was charged for her and the company (like them going out with her in their business trips - dinner, plane tickets, coffee, etc.). What he is talking about here is a couple of Ad Hominem that doesn't even have anything to do with the matter on hand, except that they may be an indirect or a direct result of it. Who boss doesn't go ballistic when certain large sums of money is missing without explanations (especially when you worked hard for that money)? Too much smoke screens! Let him try that here in America and see if it holds water! The thing is, no matter how small the amount, no matter how rich, crazy or politically connected a person - if you use their money that is not for your own or your own - stealing is still stealing. No ifs or buts! Sorry!

Correct me if I'm wrong but in psychology Kris Aquino suffers from character disorder, ibang tao ang parate may kasalanan or who is always at fault even if it's her own doing. One serious snap Kris will be needing serious mental help and I would like to believe that her sisters, brother and entire family knows it.

this video is a waste of time. I don't know that his trying to tell. He didn't even show any evidence or proof that his innocent. Where are the spread sheets and statistics that will prove his innocence? Where is the files, receipts and documents? THIS story reminds me of my former employer of 15yrs, I was trained to be the top sales performer at that time. Then my boss created a constructive dismissal alleging that I was connected with his competitor, he asked me to sign a 'blank paper', we argue for this matter. [He told one employee that it costs 20k to kill someone] It's crazy so I left without turning back to work with them again, ever. After 2 days he sent a representative asking me to come back. Thank God, had I not walk out, I'll never find this "hayahay" life I have now. The rest of my co-worker most of them left too, and have a more established job now in a more prestigious company. Ridiculously tricky but We Won. Just Fight For Your Rights When You Know You Are Right.
Having watched this, I remember a few years back when James Yap had a tell all, he said Kris also threatened him saying na baka nakakalimutan nyang Presidente pa for 3 years ang kapatid nya or something to that effect. Which Kris answered in an interview with all her sisters behind her crying in her usual "nakaharap sa electric fan" voice saying I would never threaten him with my brother. Mas kapanikapaniwala story ni Falcis, very consistent si Kris sa power tripping at paggamit ng family nya. Consistent din yung "isang iyak ko lang sa tv maniniwala sa akin ang buong Pilipinas", which she allegedly said also to James Yap and Joey Marquez.

This is my first time ever to write a comment about Kris Aquino’s issues. I can feel that Nicko is telling all the truth. Obviously we can tell that he’s a very smart guy the way he talked and says all the stories/answers questions just related to their issues. But Kris, sorry I’m not your basher and I have never ever hated you but it is just so annoying and irritating to hear you kept on dragging different names ( your son’s, sisters etc.) when you talked about the issues between you and Nicko. I think Kris is just so sad with her life and I felt so sorry for Nicko for what he is going through right now. Recording the conversations especially with all the death threats mentioned by Kris Aquino was a brilliant idea that Nicko did. Be brave Nicko, I believe you will get through all these by being positive and true to yourself. You were just so unlucky you are in that situation but God Bless you .🙏

I believe him. You can just tell it by the consistency and details of his statements where as Kris is playing the God-fearing, super bait actress. Instead of telling people (like what Nicko did) the details of his supposed theft, she's asking for sympathy and telling everyone how she felt really bad and got sick and how her sisters talked her out of it. I mean. Kris blew this out of proportion and must have realized she acted prematurely before knowing the entire details of her finances. So wala siyang choice. Panindigan nya na. Although there might be things he did (unawarely) to cause her anger like eating or meeting in places like this and like that... as an actress and public figure, she's very careful of her image. This Kris has really mastered the art of drama or crying on tv to gain public sympathy.Just can't fathom why she has to magnify thru interviews, press release and legal litigation, an iincident involving a measly amount of 1.2M or 1.4M allegedly "stolen" by his Bus. Manager. In most companies, the usual due process is asking the culprit to explain and when there is admission of guilt or if you are not satisfied with the written or verbal explanation, ask him to pay and dismissal. Now, if he can not return the money back, then that's the time that you file a case against him because it is cumbersome on the part of the company to be attending court hearings instead of using their time profitably. However, it is different if the money involved is like 5M and up when company's first and last option is to sue.
In Kris' case, Nicko Falcis was too willing to pay for the 1.4M just to appease Kris even if he swore that the amount involved was spent for KCAP. But, Kris wants more blood when it could be settled amicably. The amount is even lower than the professional fees she is paying for her battery of lawyers.
Not mastered, though. She's the worst actress even at playing herself.
