Beautifull house really like the decor too.
Wonderful tour as always guys!. Nice little home for a starting family specially or for people who want to downsize. The price looks good, not sure how it compares to the rest of the homes in the area.
One thing I would like to change is the door between the kitchen and the living room. If you could make it open towards the livingroom, next to the tv console, it will take make the dining room more comfortable. I was seeing it opened in the ivdeo, and I just wanted to take off!.

Love your house. Great house, great price. The fact that they still incorporated a downstairs WC and an ensuite to the master bedroom is a bonus. They made great use of the space in this house.

Nice house Tumi, similiar to mine, im in a St Modwen Mirin... I'd have liked a window at the top of the stairs in your house and mine, and a bigger kitchen window so when you are washing up you can see outside... dont like the Barratt / David Wilson windows... but nice house none the less...
Nearly bought one of these which was a Maidstone too but ended up going with a Keepmoat Crucible 4 bed rather. You get much more for your money for the same price. Great tour as always

I find it annoying when the designers put the front room at the front I prefer it when you can sit in your lounge and enjoy the garden at the same time mine is a David Wilson home and it’s the same people walk past stare into the front room and garden is out the back of the house with the kitchen

Personally, I love front rooms in front. It’s boring enough doing chores in the kitchen so a nice view is very nice while washing up, cooking etc
