I used to get text messages from my android motorola phone to my rav4 but it no longer does so. I'm assuming a setting got messed up and I don't know if it's on my phone or in my Rav. Both show as being connected so what else can I do?

My Galaxy S9 connected justlike that when we bought The RAV new two years ago. I was having issues with my phone and the local mobile provider reset my network connections on my phone and neither my phone or my RAV see each other any more. My phone still connects to my PC but not my RAV.

No, You need to put both the car and phone in pairing mode at the same time and select the correct phone.
