This video gives a lot of projections about what “could” happen, and focuses solely on economics, but it does not mention the impact on the Ethiopian people that losing direct access to a port caused. It also does not mention the benefits that would be brought to the people of Somaliland. This deal would be a positive life changer to millions of African people. In the fight for dominance and power, the real people involved must not be forgotten.
