I think they started to change it a little bit every show.

In the second case the one with the elderly residents care home the patio door should be locked at all times especially when it is not even in use as that is the whole points of having locks on doors is to stop unauthorised people just for example intruders like him from getting into the home and keeping all of the staff and residents safe from harm at all times

yes. It didn't have the dramatic effect in later years. Sue Cook and Nick Ross were the best presenters by far.
