Called duck falcon im some parts. Pigeons are their preferred prey in most parts. Though boogers though. Need to sneak up from up and behind. Because of they see you, master dodgers those pigeons. Very powerfull stroke to get out of harms way.

If "falling as fast as you can" counts for 'speed records', then HUMANS have it because Felix Baumgartner hit over 1300 km/h (Mach 1.25) just "falling as fast as he could". Now if you want truely FAST... Brazilian free-tailed bats reach 160 km/h in LEVEL FLIGHT under its own power.
