Why does holiday inn charges 130 usd per person and 70 usd for kids for transfer from airport to hotel. When we can only enter via their own boat.Airport transfer should be part of room package

You can book your flights by yourself or from an agent and for resort you can directly book from their site which I mentioned in description.
