- Welcome back to another video! We are back in Tampa to finally see the Carnival Paradise! She hasn't been sailing in over 2 years, so it was great to see her set sail again! I hope you all enjoy!

Excellent Video, I’m so happy that the Paradise survived the Cruise Ship shutdown and wasn’t scrapped, I have sailed on her multiple times out of Tampa, and while she’s not as fancy or filled with lots of Restaurants or Entertainment Options like the Mardi Gras, Horizon or other larger Ships, (which I have enjoyed sailing on) She does have a Charm, Grace, and Neighborhood Quality about her with regards to getting to know her crew and passengers better that I enjoy. And I look forward to sailing on her again.

I'm very hopeful that Paradise and Elation remain in the fleet for several more years. Carnival has invested lots of money in them with their recent dry docks. They also have Azipod thrusters, where the other 6 Fantasy class ships did not. They also can fit into ports with height restrictions, like Jacksonville.
Blows my mind how ahead of their time this ship was back in the 90s like cruising then was on another level of fun. Especially with carnival. Still is but these anytime dinings and stuff kinda put a damper on traditional cruising.
