How is Likert Scale Data treated as Interval Data?

Likert Statement is Ordinal Measurement. How is it Interval?, Difference between Likert Scale and 5 Point Scale, Pilot Study and Result suitability.

Your help please , i have a problem , some constructs are having AVE less than 0.5, i thought it is bcz i insert zero for the " not aaplicable- NA" in likert scale 🥺

Sir, Can you please tell me the reference(s) where it is written that Likert scale can be converted in Interval using this method? I am searching this for so long. I am unable to find it.
I couldn't find any text where likert scale is added and converted into various categories. I saw this in your video so I am asking.
