Really really enjoyed this!!! I’ve been struggling with having undiagnosed ADHD for almost 19 years until around last year when I was diagnosed. It’s really validating to hear another’s challenges as they went through life, especially not knowing why things were so incredibly difficult to do, even though you know it shouldn’t be that hard. I’m currently doing a lot better than before, still figuring myself out but it’s really nice to listen to this while working on drawing again and doing something stimulating and enjoyable :)
