That was the motivation i needed to get up out of this bunk bed. 😂 I advanced from wheelchair to walker, i still have 60 days left of outpatient therapy from the assault. Somedays, i think of posting videos of my experience in shelter. I been in and out of homelessness since i was 12. I'm now 30, and after divorce I went back to homelessness, it felt for me like i rerooted myself. I think in public places, we feel for people mistreated because we walk with our vulnerability most days. If you ask me, the homeless have the best perceptions of everyday living. I love your fearlessness to speak yours regularly. Maybe soon, I'll start a channel too. Until then, you continue to keep me inspired. This Christmas, i am a bit isolated, my social anxiety is still high, and thankfully i have the handicapped room to myself. I've talked to my ex husbands family and friends. I feel like this year, I'm just happy to be here and happy to see others celebrating and then to be us, to be living with our truths and learning to just be. ❤

My attacker hasn't been arrested yet, at one point I felt forgotten and discarded by the sheriff's office. A family friend said, is it because your homeless? And, honestly I felt like yes was the answer. I ended up just saying maybe. I just couldn't fathom and well to be quite honest, still can't, how someone can harm another to the extent of rehab and not be arrested right away. Sexual assault is such a dreadful process, and somedays I just crave the beach and mountains. So, I paint them. I been leaning on paint, to get through the ugliness of the process. In our community, we have so many artists. I love that yours is musical. You have an angelic light and I love you too. 💜
