Echo Cs-590 Eats maple while running rich

The 590 has a different and smaller carb than the 620, they act differently when modded.
The 590 carb won’t stop four stroking when you mod the saw unless you swap or plug the fixed high jet.
I used jb weld for mine and it worked great.
