HOW TO MAKE BEEF SLIDERS IN A TOASTER OVEN: Big Meals Small Places with Sal and Richard

  • It's the comedy team of Sal and Richard. Although they're known for their prank phony phone calls, check out the culinary skills of Sal Governale as he cooks beef sliders using nothing but a toaster oven. He's assisted by his pal and fellow phony phone call prankster, Richard Christy.
Sal teaches you how to turn ordinary ground beef into amazing sliders. It's an easy meal that Richard Christy pairs with a craft beer. It's the exact kind of beer advice you need. Food, hamburgers, beer, a recipe, and cooking with Sal. What could be better?

Right now I have a bigger oven and it's not hard to cook in my kitchen, but I did live in a basement apartment that only had a toaster oven. I also bought a single electric burner from wal mart for like 20 bucks, I used to make shrimp scampi, any pasta dish on the burner but the toaster oven I used to make a london broil, eggplant parmesean,I even made little homemade personal pizzas. Basically anything that you could roast or bake. So basically if you have a single burner, toaster oven, you can cook anything! Also a crock pot doesn't take any space at all and that was a big help, and I cooked anything and everything for up to 6+ people with the little equiptment that I had. This is one of the reason why I love this show because I know how it is to cook with pretty much next to nothin
