Personally as a newcomer ish guy, been playing for 3 months almost 4 and now im gold 4..
Id work on crosshair placement, and positioning and site setups, and knowing when to swing. Also a more advanced tip is to SWING OFF AUDIO. If you hear someone sprint through a doorway, swing off that and 9.5/10 youll kill em.
