This Sheriff is An Exceptional Example!!!! I applaud Sheriff Higgins, he is a True Hero, this needs to be Implemented in all jails!!!! Haters need to learn and Shut the F up!! If you don’t want your prisons jacked up learn from this Sheriff!!!
Congratulations to the sheriff. It was a great initiative. Proven solution but yet courageous from his side as a few outside of there are against it. I hope the the criticism will only improve and continue the program development and not stop it. Society needs this type of programs and sharing the experiment is fundamental to spread the idea. Society will benefit from this.

I saw this Documentary…..that one kids Mom is the one crying………..Kudos sheriff……they don’t like your success without their hands in it.
They need to do this at more places tho its really unfair.
