For RT I think use the idea of he's gadget that was removed and adding to it were if you're disconnected you emit an electric current that slow down and deals a small amount of damage and and would reconnecting to the main body generates an electric shock like Jessie for one if Jessie can spawn a hyper turret so why not RT and penny and any Brawler that can spawn, Don't know if this would be strong but it might be useful and to clarify the electric current stays on or maybe flickers
Some I liked, others I thought were exaggeratedly broken, they must not be super because there are very simple hyper loads like Edgar's, shelly, belle, Jackie etc

He/his ally respawns with temporary invincibility. Kit Hypercharge: After jumping on an enemy, the enemy gains a 15% attack nerf for a few seconds. Whilst on an ally, Kit also gives that ally a 15% attack boost. Gus hypercharge: his super can pass through walls and always hits the nearest ally (it cannot miss) All the other support brawlers have either been covered in this video or already have a hypercharge (aka only Max) I just realised that you already gave kit one lol.
u cant attack in the hotzone cuz of gray hyper. rt's body will kill u while u cant attack and byron is there to slow em down and make it harder to dodge RT and support teamates.
