    The first thing Tony Robbins does every morning is get into ice water, he Says he: A lot of people know this about me. It's not because I'm a masochist, I do it because it activates the circulation in my body. When you dive into ice water it never feels good at first, but when you come out you feel amazing.
    I do it for a different reason, I do it to train my brain; when I say Now it means Now, when I say Let's go it means Let's go. I don't just stand there and say: Maybe in a minute, when it's ready.
    I've said it before, I don't think there's a morning that I look forward to jumping into the water, ever. But I always do it because I have trained my brain to work like this every day.
    And so he will excel in the most difficult and important things in life.
    I also have another type of preparation, perhaps you are familiar with that. Every day I have 10 minutes for myself. I choose only 10 because if I say 20 or 30, I don't have time. If you don't have 10 minutes for your life, you don't have much life, so I do this 10-minute process.
    The bottom line is that I radically change my body, and I do three things to make sure my brain is primed. What I mean by prepared is that most believe their thoughts are their own.
