I don't have any pixie dust nail polish. I see many day the removal process is a pain, but I'm adventurous and I really love to try new things. I'll definitely have to pick one of these polishes up.
even though OPI was the one who started the textured polish look, Zoya has totally transformed it and made it so much better! But I'm kind of disappointed that they put out 2 reds for fall...why not a deep blue or green? I guess green could be saved for a holiday collection *crossed fingers* but 2 reds seem redundant...oh well. Thanks for the review!
I'm surprised that you're removing glitter by soaking in acetone. I use non-acetone remover on a pad on the nail, then wrap in foil (or the nail polish remover clips from eBay or Amazon). You leave on for 5-10 minutes (depending on the glitter), and it swipes straight off. It won't ruin your nails like acetone will.
I bought Oswin because of this video x) but there seems to be a difference in formulas. With the bottle I got, Oswin could easily be opaque in one coat and it didn't dry with white speckles. Removal wasn't hard for me, it was like removing a glitter but if I hold the nail polish removing pad down in my nail for a few seconds then I could peel the polish off. So I'm happy with Oswin and I'm thinking about getting Noir.
im so happy to have found your video i want all 3 of these and the black matte im still after all 6 entice. this being said with all of the polishes i just bought yesterday.
Interestingly, Oswin came out awhile ago,,,and the others just came out. the numbers were my first clue and then when I was hunting for our group buy the stores had Oswin but the new ones had not come in.
***** NO- but it is Number 729 - there is no 728 and 730 is TIlda in the SUmmer 2014 Tickled collection. I knew something was odd as I buy for our OPI and all polish group OPI Mad Love at a store with tons of Zoya going way back and everyone gives me the numbers and I had picked Oswin up already way before this- and then there it was grouped with two polishes with completely different numbers- which incidentally have still not come in to any nail stores around me here in NO CA. It was clearlynot planned at first to be in this group- and that is probably why it isn't quite right with the other shade so close. Weird, eh?
Hmmmm...the thought of the glitter removal scares me a bit. They do look super pretty though. It would be nice if they were like the original pixie dusts : ( Oh and I think these would be awesome with topcoat!
That is weird how they put out basically the same polish with different names... I guess they just wanted a red sparkle collection but 2 were the same.
Do you have any recommendations for a good peel-off base coat? I love glitter as an accent nail but I'm staying away from it because of the removal process.
ordinarygirlkay Thank you for picking up the slack when I wasn't able to comment back right away! I appreciate you guys helping each other out like this :)
my's beauty channel like +ordinarygirlkay said, you can make your own really easy! If you want something that will peel off REALLY easily (and cut down your wear time in the process) I would try a bottle of Yellow Stopper. You can get it at Sally's. It peels off great, and its great if you change your polish everyday or every other day!
Noir is my favorite! So pretty!
Adry Vg Mine too!

I meant "many say" not "many day" lol stupid autocorrect
Asia N Thomas Try them with a peel off basecoat! The manicure probably won't last as long but the removal will be a breeze!
Sweet! Thanks for the tip!

Dorothy Gale I totally agree. They do textures well, but the colors were a bad choice
Noir is amazing so I'll be picking that one up soon!
iluvbubbles32 Yes! That's my pick from the collection!
Noir is gorgeous, I think I will get that one :) Great swatching!!
MirandaScottNails I think if you're only going to get one, that's the one! Thanks!
won't b picking any of these up i'm really over textured polish, and its a pain in the ass to remove but great swatches tfs x
RACHEL KERR Thanks! I'm not ready for the polish world to be over texture...I just love it so much

MusicAnimeFood That's awesome! I'm glad they changed it!

joannamccloud haha...it's a never ending wish list for us!
so far as of yesterday i know only need 2 entice and the new pixies yay
I think I'll skip these just because of the removal, but thx for the great swatches!
Phoebe Moon I don't blame you, thanks!

Meggie Price really? That's weird! Do you know what collection it came out with?

Not a huge fan of this collection (I do like Noir though), but I'm glad to see that Zoya is continuing the textured polish trend!
Vakarianify I agree! I'm not ready to let go of textures just yet!

Carrie Hockman Yes! I think I'll like the reds much better with topcoat. I don't know what I was thinking by not showing that in the video..
It's okay
That is weird how they put out basically the same polish with different names... I guess they just wanted a red sparkle collection but 2 were the same.
GallieSallie I thought that was so weird...it seems like someone would have told them it was a bad idea before they went into production
I am *dying* over Noir; it reminds me of Cherry Coke or Dr. Pepper. But when I think about the removal of these, I kind of want to die.

You can always make your own with elmers school glue and a little water. I personally love OPI peel off base! I use both and they work great!
thanks I will try one of them

These are pretty, but Zoya is too expensive for me lol

Yes, and almost dupes in one collection? (Shakes head)
It's cool to see my name on a nail polish :)
Arianna haha, that's awesome!
