I traveled to Vietnam and Thailand during a Bird flu outbreak. The only humans who got it worked in poultry farms. Also, I thought the death rate was more like 30% not 50. It could mutate to transmit human to human, as he says, but that's not the case today and it does feel like fear mongering.

Should be great for the economy and our civil liberties as well as mental health and our children's education. After the stellar job the CDC and the other govt orgs did with the covid response I think I speak for everyone when I say that we trust them to know what they are doing, that they are 100% focused on safety, that their orders are based on sound science and that they know how to balance public health initiatives with other considerations like supply chains and manufacturing needs.
