Just like a Mexican chorizo sausage vs a Spanish chorizo sausage. They are different, from different countries but both are regionally accurate.
It's ok to change a recipe but, at least, she should boil pasta before putting it in the oven 😅
My good lasagna recipe that my family and friends love is the one that takes me from morning till night to make. I make my sauce from scratch and my pasta too. Lasagna is the best.

That's what I was wondering about too. I can't cook to save my life but from the steps we saw here, it didn't look too hard so I would actually want to try my hand on making a lasagna like that but it would be nice to know how to make the sauce and cheese mixture too.

The only thing I'd do differently about putting the lasagna together would be to put the pasta sheets as the base of the lasagna and not all that loose ground beef as the base.

Not always, depends on how to layer the lasagne and the way the oven works. But I never cook the sheets beforehand lol

Uncooked lasagna pasta to make a lasagna i have this feeling they are gonna throw both lasagnas to the trash.
They're pre-cooked lasagna noodles so they don't have to be boiled in advance.

@@fotografo24 That's how they come, it's called 'oven ready lasagna'. The noodles are cooked, then dried again, and are rehydrated by the sauce during baking. It's like instant ramen but for lasagna.
Oven Ready Lasagna Noodles. Not every supermarket carries them, but the bigger stores do.
