I have an itel S18 phone that goes off when you connect the charging flex to charging port but if you disconnect it and put it on, it will come up. Have tried new subboard and is still the same thing. Please how can I resolve this issue

Atimes cleaning the keyboard will not work, especially when the phone fell in water, this where you clean the board and heat up the ic and check to see whether it is working again.
